What is a photosquare?

What are “Vintage XS” prints?
Vintage XS are small-format prints. All the squares that make up the image have been cut out and glued together by hand. This original work has then been photographed – giving the final print a handmade, vintage effect.

When will I receive my order?
The delivery time is 7 working days from the date of order. Once the order has been processed, it will be delivered within 48 hours by La Poste, Colissimo, UPS or DHL, depending on the place of delivery.

How much does delivery cost?
Delivery is free.

My order hasn’t arrived. What should I do?
Use your order number to contact the carrier.

I want to laminate my Photosquare. What happens to the white margins?
The lab that laminates the image will cut out the white margins. We can also laminate your Photosquare (see next question).

Are other formats possible?
For other formats and types of prints (without white margins, printing on Dibond, etc.), please contact us directly, by e-mail or telephone if necessary.

I’d like to order my Photosquare on a different material (paper, Dibond, aluminium…). Is this possible?
Yes. Please contact us using the form, specifying your request (dimensions, paper, support).

How can I pay for my order?
You can pay for your order securely by credit card (Mastercard, Visa, American Express…) or with PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay.

Is there a special rate for companies? Can they reclaim VAT?
VAT is not applicable (art. 293 B of the General Tax Code). However, for a discount on orders of 10 works or more, please contact us directly.

How can I obtain an invoice for my order?
You can download your invoice from your account, as soon as you receive our email confirming shipment of your order.
