Your Photosquares are delivered to your home, in secure packaging suitable for works of art. The estimated delivery date is given to you when you pay for your order. Our carrier will contact you the day before delivery. Delivery takes 7 working days from the date of order.

DELIVERY IS FREE OF CHARGE.

Working days: Monday to Friday, except public holidays.
NB: To be delivered the next day before 1pm, we prepare a parcel that must weigh less than 30kg, be less than 150cm long, and have dimensions as described by Chronopost (length + 2 times width + 2 times height) that do not exceed 300cm.
If this is not the case, your parcel will be switched to non-standard mode, with an additional cost and loss of the guaranteed delivery time before 1pm the following day.
We invite you to enter all your building’s access details (code, intercom, building, floor, valid telephone number to facilitate delivery of your parcel).
Your parcel is given a tracking number so that you can be informed of the progress of the delivery. This tracking number is included in the last e-mail you receive from us.

We offer several delivery methods to choose from according to your needs.

Simple mailing by La Poste :

This is a single mailing by standard package. This delivery method is suitable for sending small prints for a size of 17.5cm x 28.5cm x 3cm with a maximum weight of 300gr.
The fold is directly inserted in your mailbox if the size of the latter allows it.
Otherwise, if you are not there, your letter will be waiting for you at your post office. The usual delivery time, in France, is of the order of 72 working hours.

Colissimo:

This mode of delivery is proposed for Metropolitan France, Monaco and Andorra. The dimensions of the parcel (including packaging) must not exceed 150 cm in length + width + height and a weight of less than 30 kg.
The usual delivery time is about 48 hours.
Your package has a tracking number that allows us to be informed of the evolution of the delivery.
If you are out of home/office during the delivery, a notice of passage can also be deposited in your mailbox. You can then pick up your parcel at your post office the next day.

UPS :

UPS Standard : UPS offers reliable, cost-effective delivery within 48 to 72 hours for mainland France.

UPS Saver : This fast UPS service guarantees delivery by the end of the next working day for shipments within France in major cities.

EUROPE

DHL :

DHL Select UE: Fast 48-hour delivery to all European Union countries. The DHL Economy Select UE service is particularly economical for large parcels. Parcels are transported by truck throughout Europe.

DHL Express: Express delivery within 24 hours. Your parcel is flown to any country in Europe. DHL Express Worldwide Export is an international service offering a good price/time ratio for small parcels (up to 7 kg) to most European countries.

DHL Express Worldwide Export : Delivery to over 220 countries and territories in 24 over 96h hours.
Deliveries are made on working days, except public holidays, in the country of destination.

For example (subject to modification by DHL): for the USA East Coast (New York,…) the delivery time is 24h. Allow 24 to 48 hours for West Africa, 72 hours for South Africa and 48 to 72 hours for Asia.
